At what point was your swelling the worst?
My answer is today- 22 days post op. I try to be so careful with my sodium and drink a ton of water, but at the same time want to try and get back to my normal life and be somewhat active (following all of my doctor's rules though). I do know to expect swelling and that final results will be months out- but am hoping that the swelling is at it's peak.
Standing up Straight- almost!
Started back at work yesterday and not a single soul (at work) knew that I was having a TT (plus MR and lipo on my waist). Went to work yesterday at 14 days PO. I did okay- except my tummy was SO tight and I was still wanting to hunch over! Argh- challenging 2 days (tiring also)- but made it through. Can't wait to be able to stand up completely straight and have my energy at 100%! I texted my hubby about my problem and he sent this funny photo.
Small waist problems- haha.
Today was my last day off work (13 days post op- TT, MR, and a little lipo on my waist). Decided to go to the Nordstrom sale and it was so nice to try on clothes and not even consider the "kangaroo pouch" that I used to have! Everything I tried on worked and there wasn't a pooch to try to conceal! So then- decisions decisions and I wasn't even buying pants because I still have swelling and think that I might go down a size. Small waist problems- haha!
