I can not believe it has been 7 months since my procedure. I am feeling normal but still scared to do strenuous abdominal exercise. I had lipo of the flanks also but now I feel like my love handles are coming back already. Anybody else dealing with that? The holidays really messed me up with my diet. So I have some work to do before I go back to Dr. Lickstein. I don't want him to see my love handles LOL.
And for those of you who read this and you are contemplating about getting it done....JUST DO IT! It was one of the best things I've done for myself. It gave me a confidence that I didn't realized I lost for a long time...until the day I was able to get dressed and not change my clothes a million times trying to hide my fat and flabby tummy. I can even wear a two piece bathing suit again.
And for those of you who read this and you are contemplating about getting it done....JUST DO IT! It was one of the best things I've done for myself. I'm loving my results but getting impatient with the swelling. My ps said that I can start cardio exercise but he wants me to ease into any strenuous ab workouts until 8 weeks.
