After losing over 72 pounds and having moderate ptosis, my breasts were so deflated, no bra fit correctly. Dr. L performed a breast lift at the same time he performed a body lift. He was able to tighten the tissue and maintain a "C" cup with no implants.
I am very happy with how I look and feel, and can wear the occasional braless evening gown.
