I started developing at 10 years old and by 12 I was a C cup. Now I am 18 and a 32J. I stand 5'2" and 120lbs. Can you say backpain?! I've wanted to have a reduction for a long time but due to my age I had to wait. Now the surgery is scheduled August 16th, one week today and i'm starting to get nervous!

I've read plenty of reviews on this site and the positive feedback is encouraging. My biggest concerns are scars and loss of sensation in the nipple. I'd love to hear from you ladies that have had this done, were you nervous aswell? And was it worth it?

You are a tiny little thing! Well say goodbye to the "J's". How small are you wanting to go? We are about identical in size except I was a DDD prior to surgery.

The scars heal very well with some good scar care. For the most part they are hidden under the breasts.

My nipple sensation was back within a week of surgery. Of course it came back the day they removed the stitches from the nipples....OUCH! A little sting, tug and burn.

I'm scheduled the day after you, so we can take the journey together!
Nipple sensation has been a bit of a worry for me too, but actually with as big as I am I don't have a lot of sensation now as it is. It takes a lot of pressure for me to really even feel anything now. And while I haven't asked the question specifically to people I've talked to who have had a reduction, two people have actually mentioned that they have noticed a huge increase in their sensation. One even said she can notice a change in the wind direction because of it!
Good luck! I will be thinking of you and hope to hear from you sometime next week. I'm off to treat myself to a massage today so that I can be nice and relaxed through this upcoming week!

I'm being driven to the hospital right now! I'm definitely scared but still excited, everyone I've spoken to has had wonderful results and I'm hoping for the same.
Thank you ladies both for your posts! Kimmers- I'm glad to hear about the nipple sensation. I'm hoping to get down to a C. It will be a big adjustment!
Iowa71- please let me know how it goes tomorrow! And I hope you enjoyed your massage :) I went for one a few days ago. Good luck!
