WORTH IT
I am three weeks post op and everything is great. Went for my follow up today and all tape is off ok for all regular activities and unless there is a problem no more visits. Have to admit kind of feel like i just had a one night stand with my surgeon but i didn't go to him to chat me up, as long as they are pretty at the end of the day is all that matters.

So bascially back to real life and stop obessing about my ta tas. Would do it again in a heart beat, feel and look amazing!!!! Good luck ladies don't think twice - go for it!!

That's great that everything worked out. I live in Toronto too and I've been thinking of getting it. May I ask which surgeon you had?
Hey, I'm from the Toronto area as well and I've been considering breast reduction surgery for years. I'm about 20 years old, 5"3 and my bra size is 30 i. I'm really wondering how long it takes to have the surgery done from the time of your initial consultation. Also, how is the OHIP approval process? Hope to hear from you soon, thanks! Thanks
Congrats on your approval.. After reading your profile I felt my situation was very similar.. I'm 5.1 129lbs - ribcage is 31.5 and breast circumference is 38. I have been wearing a 34DD bra but my breast hang over.. I dont look big from my pictures and hide them well. I'm going to see if i can get a consult with surgeon in Ontario. Good Luck !
hi hun, how long did it take for OHIP to approve you?
I know this was not directed at me...but I remember wondering the same thing for weeks. I am doing a BR as well. OHIP took four weeks to approve my surgery.
I'm wondering any Toronto girls have any contacts for Plastic Surgeons in Toronto with positive results? Thanks

Feeling pretty good, no pain but my back bothers...

Feeling pretty good, no pain but my back bothers me big time when i am sleeping not used to sleeping on my back. Starting to think what to do today, have to say getting pretty bored of sitting around. Wearing some of my normal clothes and it is funny all my tops were cut to hide my boobs now they look funny on me. Going to take some getting used to buying different cuts, and hour stomach definately looks bigger. I do still feel a little naseau but am drinking ginger tea and that seems to make it better, gravol makes me feel to funny don't like it. Well off to wander around the house and do nothing, maybe some walking today beautiful outside.

Sunday Sept 30th and three days post op. Feeling...

Sunday Sept 30th and three days post op. Feeling a lot more normal today but attribute it more to 24 hours without pain meds. Those tylenol 3 made me feel so crappy, i woke up last night in some pain and took two extra strength tylenol and they did the trick. Had a shower today and let the water run over my new breasts so some of the dried blood came off and i must say they look pretty good. I was afraid to look at first and when they changed the bandage the right one had a funky shape but i know that it will takes months for my shape to come in. Like a lot of other comments they appear boxy but i have to say it is amazing where they sit on my chest and they dont fall. I opted for a full b and so glad i did.
