I had wanted breast implants since I was a teenager and realized that all the wishing and praying wasnt gonna get me anywhere lol I am very thankful for a supportive husband that even though he didnt agree I needed them, was there all the way with me and so caring & helpful through the process. I couldnt be happier with my results and the fact that I was able to make a dream finally come true. I was a full 34A before and got 335cc silicone under the muscle , inframammary incision.

I found this office online after TONS of searching, and thought I would give it a try. Dr. Pirani & his staff were so friendly and helpful I knew right away they were the best option for me. I was very nervous about my results because I am a picky person, so I brought in photos of what I did and didnt want. Dr. Pirani explained why results can turn out the way they do, how my natural breast shape can dictate the results, but that he understood my desires and would do the best possible to make me happy. Well he did!!! I love them, I dont regret a single thing about them, and I couldnt be happier!
