LOOKING GOOD DR JUGENBERG
Bilateral Open Capsulectomy.
1- week post op after bilateral open-capsulectomy and pocket revision, lowered inframammory fold as well as slight alteration in cutting of pertoril muscle [which had a good clamp on my implants for 2 years prior on the original BA] Repositioning the implant, lowering the inframmory fold, adjusting cutting of the pectoril muscle (must have strong one’s lol) made a world of difference.
Directly after jumping off the operating table this time around my breast tissue is VERY SOFT, pliable, NATURAL looking breasts in the right position under aeoriola, placement makes a remarkable difference in the appearance and softness of my breasts.
I thank the entire staff at Dr Jugenberg’s office, Kim, Nora, Martin, the whole gang were awesome.
Bedside manner, care and concern in answering all of my queries were promptly answered and fully. I appreciated that more than anything in which increased my confidence levels in Dr Jugenberg as well as the entire staff at Toronto Surgery.
At this point after two years of living with hard high riding breasts not only were uncomfortable they didn’t look natural at all, in fact deformed. Not any longer!
So far no complications even though I’m only into the 1st week post op there are no complications just great results I can only hope they improve and look even better after swelling and final results should be seen after many more months to come yet. Still in the early stages, though I can say I can definatively say I can see a remarkable difference from the before and after.
I would have removed my previous negative posting -- I tried, however, RealSelf site will not allow removal of entire posts otherwise I would have removed the one above. Consider this post a major overhaul and edit – I’m retracting the old post as it not longer applies (today).

I always wanted bigger breasts I got them, the outcome was nowhere near what I had hoped for not even close. Extremely dissapointed in particular with Jugenberg lack of knowledge or lack of concern for his patients at follow-ups, the patients concerns seem to him as a 'nuisance' if he's not making money from the follow up why would he care to take 'the time'. This was a problem, a big problem.
I put complete blind faith into a surgeon whom was delighted to take my money initially, 'sign me up' promptly forget my name thereafter -- in fact, failed to show up for an appoinment, one would find that unprofessional.
The good Dr placed blame on me (failed breast enhancement) upon myself, using the 'cause' in stating was my '''''suntanned skin''''''. He shrugged shoulders, eyes wide open, mouth shut other than the one explanation he gave (tanned skin). I left bewildered thinking it was my fault, that was the ONLY cause. With zero resolution. It couldn't have been his work needed adjustment, there's no way he would or could imagine the 'ego' just couldn't spew out any type of solution for me other than tanned skin.
After much research afterthefact, Jugenberg lied. What a let down. It wasn't truth at all after my writing into RealSelf with pictures of his work--- 10 board certified surgeons around the country deemed Jugenberg's falcification they had never heard of suntanned skin being a 'cause' ever.
This experience left me with feeling I'd been duped and used as a number, not a name. I believed Jugenberg would be utmost professional and that if his client wasn't happy, that he would be happy to find solutions (he had none). I placed my faith in a surgeon whom failed me horribly. Insulting my intelligence the end game. Dr Jugenberg made a critical error, he lied. Suntanned skin has absolutely nothing to do with breast implants failing to descend.
Don't judge your surgeon by the way he looks & swag make sure he knows what he's doing if that is at all possible. Read the reviews, ask your friends. Though that said, you just don't know until you see the final results, what's more important is what happens AFTER your surgery. How the Dr handles you as a patient do they have the same enthusasm after the surgery as they did initially after your Visa says 'approved'! It's then quite over,----------I hope that this doesn't happen to you. I doubt I'm an isolated case at Jugenberg's office. Very sad. I'm not angry, I'm sad that I trusted too much in a smile, the way the Dr looked, how they treated me when I 1st walked thru the door with all beaming smililng faces. You get the picture. I have no malice, I'm a professional as well, I know how sales and service work.
Sales and Service in this type of industry requires utmost transparancy, lacking. Rating Jugenberg as a FAIL, his staff keep the doors open they are friendly, smiling faces but that doesn't cut it when the knife falls does it.
