Bikini shopping!

Just a quick update: going to the beach on Sunday so I got to go bikini shopping! This was the only one I could find with no wire and that covered most of my bandages... Just gotta trim a bit off the bottom ;)
I can't wait to buy other bikinis!!!

18 days post op- love my new boobies!!

I am so happy I chose the size that I did. I tried on a sports bra that isn't so tight with a fitted tank and I am so pleased with how I look!! (I just need to start exercising again to tone up lol)
So far no one at work has noticed! I've been hiding them fairly well with looser tops and such. I figure I'll gradually introduce the girls... First with the looser tops, then start wearing a regular bra, then I can start showing them off a bit with the more fitted tops.
Still can't wait to stop wearing this band- and sometimes I forget that I'm healing... For example I was getting dressed and putting my shirt on, and I guess I lifted my left arm too high- WOAH! Total lightning boob after that, and I couldn't do much with my left arm for the rest of the morning. So Bruts. I see my dr again on Tuesday to remove any remaining stitches- and I'm gonna get the full schedule breakdown on when I can do what!! I am hating sleeping on my back with three pillows - I'm a side sleeper- but I just wanna get back to picking up my son and holding him, I really miss that :( we had his bday party yesterday and it went really well! Now it's full on packing!!

Day 11 post op update

Hello lovelies!! I am happy to report that after 6 days of taking senokot (double dose) and drinking smooth move tea, I have finally had some relief!! My bloated belly is finally starting to deflate a bit. Phew!!
Overall my pain has been minimal. No pain meds for the last 5-6 days, except for today but that was my own fault. I packed up my scrapbooking room in preparation for our move, and I think I went too hard. My back and left shoulder are in agony! I've been laying in bed since... Oops. :s
It's frustrating not being able to do things!! Hopefully only another 2 weeks and then I can start exercising again. I go for another post op on Tuesday to get my stitches out. I'll finally get to see the incisions! Any product recommendations to help minimize scarring?
I've also been getting major lightning boob- but only in my left boob. Maybe because it's dropping quicker?? All pain is in my left. I feel nothing in the right... Very weird. I'm going to ask the nurse about it on Tuesday.
I've attached some photos :)

Dr Jugenburg is clearly skilled at what he does. I knew he would do an amazing job on me and I had total confidence in him and his team the moment I stepped foot in the clinic. The patient coordinator Kim is amazing. She is always available to answer any questions you may have. The team of nurses are so compassionate and kind, they took very good care of me. I would recommend Dr Jugenburg to anyone considering getting a BA!
