Dr. Tehrani explained thoroughly what tissue grafting procedure is. The procedure was not as bad as I thought it would be. Healing time was very good, in part I'm sure because of the instructions I was given for home care by Dr. Tehrani. Many people said there would be a lot of pain afterwards -- I did not find this to be true although there was swelling. So, get your gums repaired -- you won't regret it. Mine have healed beautifully and my lower canines are fully covered with healthy tissue. I'm glad I decided to have my gum surgery done by Dr. Tehrani. I have to see her again for two more surgeries that are being scheduled for later this year and early 2016.
