Still hating it

I mean there are times when I tolerate it or don't see how piggy/small/flat it is... but most of the time I do. I cry almost every day since they took my cast off. I almost knew exactly then that it wasn't what I wanted at all. I don't think the "final product" will be what I was expecting or what I wanted, it is so different from the simulation that he promised me. I hate it more every day because I can see that it is still upturned and that the bridge is too flat/nonexistant and a slew of other problems.

I don't know what to do. I don't know if I can go through a revision rhinoplasty emotionally and mentally. This was so hard and taking another huge risk makes me feel uneasy.

I feel like an alien and I pretty much hate every single part of it. It doesn't come across that bad in pictures, but it's far worse in real life and looks awkward. At least my old nose I liked some qualities (the top of the bridge, the nostrils) whereas this one I don't like a single part of it.

I think it's really unfair that I paid over $7,900 and ended up with a botched nose that is the opposite of what I wanted. It really makes me feel hopeless.

almost a month

almost been a month and i don't totally hate it. still very swollen at the tip especially but i see it dropping every day. the only problem i have is that my nostrils are very asymmetrical but my dr said that's because of the swelling. i think so too but either way it is a very minor, easily fixed problem anyway and not very noticeable right now.

another problem i'm having is that the bridge looks too flat but its definitely still very swollen and hurts too touch, so i expect it will go down more too. although, i don't really mind because now i can actually contour it easily and make it look exactly how i want it, which i couldn't on my old nose. i don't know if i like it 100% yet, but it's okay and i feel better than i did a month ago.

Liking it lately :)

still very swollen
