Liposuction was worth it: 3 years later, i love the results

This was the most painful experience I can imagine. It is not a quick fix and it is not a substitue for diet and exercise. I had abdominal liposuction. The swelling was intermittant for up to one year and for the first two months I had fluid issues that had to be invasively drained every two weeks.

Fast forward 3 yrs later, My stomach is still flat. My abdominal muscles still show and look toned. And as a added bonus my breasts have increased from a B to a C/D. I understand that a small percedntage of women with abdominal liposuction have and increase in breast size. I, personally, am very happy in the long term but it has to be an individual choice.
