WOW--fabulous Results! - Toledo, OH

I looked at a photo of myself with my granddaughter and was shocked at how old I looked. I'd always thought of myself as a pretty woman but the photo showed a worn, droopy face with a terrible chin line. My sister had a wonderful result with Dr. John Zavell in Toledo so I decided to go for a facelift with neck work with Dr. Zavell. I couldn't be happier with the results. It's me as I was more than ten years ago. My face looks totally natural. Today is three weeks after the surgery and all of the bruising is gone. There is still a little bit of swelling but I think I am 80% back to normal. I would warn someone considering this operation that there is a fair amount of pain and discomfort involved, especially from the neck work which involves stretching the skin quite a bit (hence, a pronounced sense of 'tightness' when you turn your head, chew, yawn, or the like). I also am just now sleeping comfortably. I am a side sleeper and laying on my tender, swollen face is not pleasant but that is subsiding, too. Overall, the pain and discomfort (which have really been quite tolerable--no pain meds needed for me) have been far outweighed by the results. I highly recommend Dr. Zavell. He has a wonderful light touch that produces such natural results. He's really an artist!
