Dr. Zavell was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He was able to explain everything in a way I could understand (not too much medical jargon). The good service did not turn off after payment was received! He was also extremely helpful after the surgery and I was able to get appointments when I needed them afterward. There was one spot that looked good after surgery, but as healing continued it healed differently from the other places. Dr. Zavell fixed that spot for free (I only had to pay for supplies). You can tell he is very proud of his work and will do whatever he can to make you comfortable with the procedure and happy with the results.
