My masseuse got me all these pamphlets for post op surgery, makes sense. You go through a lot of stages and changes. So do some of the people around you. I may be over thinking because all the time I have. Kinda sad. Well went out and went grocery shopping at whole foods. It was great and after 3 days with Connie going my massages And my husband rubbing me down with coconut oil at night i feel like I'm healing so much quicker. Can't wait to get these annoying drains out, and a tighter garment. Still haven't been taking vitamins or drinking juice.
