Tummy tuck/fat transplant - skin on end of incision was bunched up & wrinkled

Clinic is beautifully decorated..I went in person to have consultation, I was impressed by his accolades on the wall, reviews on Oprah, various magazines....his 30 yrs of experience. However, my tummy tuck results due to his lack of pride during the stiching left me less than pleased. Stitching makes the operation as is the final product & what you see. Stitching was rushed. He uses NON-Dissolving stiches & when returning to US I was left looking for a Dr or Nurse to remove them. NO US Doctor will remove stitching or touch other surgeon's work. Beware. Think of when you are sewing a cuff on a pair of pants if you loop the stitches down & over & spaced very far apart & you pull the thread at end of job, the material wrinkles/scrunches up. Well skin does the same thing so my skin on the end of the incision was bunched up & wrinkled. I am going to end up w/ dog ears.
I stayed at the recovery center & there was another young lady there who had surgery by another Dr. in Tijuana & her TT stiches was absolutely flawless, stitching was small & carefully executed. Spaced very close to each other & her skin was laying flat, her surgery occurred the same day as mine & the difference was very noticeable. U can tell her Dr. took his time & made sure the skin was laying flat.
After a week there I spoke to him re. my concerns, he was dismissive & kept saying the skin was wrinkled due to swelling & to give it time that it will flatten out. He kept saying that he has 30 yrs of experience & that was being picky, almost as trying to get me out of his office. However, because I stayed in the recovery center down stairs & I could just walk up stairs to see him he couldn't avoid me. I left there hoping that he was right and that the skin would flatten. I'm 20 days post surgery & swelling has gone down on 1 side, however on the other side where the skin was pulled and bunched up, still very much like that.
Dr. Quiroz lacks attention to detail, please please note he seems to rush his work and this is your body and though he has a ton of positive reviews. he operates on women who have lost a ton of weight and therefore the stitching may not be a big deal for someone who is very happy to be in a smaller body. I'm average size and have tan skin. I scar very well and my scars tend to disappear. However, the bunching of the skin may not flatten because of the wrinkles. I will add photos later.
I also had fat transplat to buttocks, he left one side bigger than the other and did not fill the bottom. I was happier w/ my butt prior to the surgery. No worth the pain. His specialty is definitely not this area. Is as if he had not looked at both cheeks before leaving the surgery room to make sure that they were both evenly filled and that there were not gaps in where he filled the fat.
