On my arrival Dr Manuel Gutierrez and his lovely staff welcomed me with a lovely smile and warmth. Also I was encouraged to ask as many questions as I wanted which was great because I was a little shy once I arrived. Dr Manuel Gutierrez was very open about his background and experience which I appreciated alot. I never had any sort of surgery in my life and to be honest it felt like a privilege to be with someone so talented and skilled. After I spoke and shown pictures of my desired nose. Dr Manuel Gutierrez discussed what he could achieve and how it was going to be carried out. I did get a little emotional and shed a tear...I was thinking finally I will have a nose that would no longer dominate the rest of my face in less than an hours time..Dr Manuel Gutierrez was wonderful he prayed with me and reassured me my new nose would fit perfectly with the rest my features..And most importantly i would still look like me :)
