DR. SALVADOR PANTOJA is an amazing surgeon! He is the absolute best choice I made after years of researching! He's calm, comforting, and far from aggressive. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, rest assured, Nadia is an absolute asset to Dr. Pantoja's practice. She responded to ALL of my inquiries regarding the total procedure from beginning to end. They made my dream come true after 18 years of waiting! Keep in mind, as far as choosing a recovery house, don't skimp! This is just as important as finding the right surgeon for you. GRACE RECOVERY GUEST HOUSE is the absolute best! I only planned on staying at Grace for 7 days, and then going to a hotel in San Diego for an extra 5 days. Well, I decided to cancel the San Diego hotel stay and continue to stay here at GRACE. Lana, the owner, and caregivers: Theresita & Margherita are absolutely amazing! I feel so spoiled & I love it! The food they make, the scenery, simply everything is perfect! They definitely contribute to my healing process.
Things to keep in mind...
Get a 2nd faja (body garment) You get one from the Dr., but having a 2nd one will make your life much easier! While one is laundered, you have a spare! You should be wearing your garment 24-7!
Epi-foam pads or Lipo pads- I found these on Amazon @ $7.50 a piece plus shipping. The only this is that the Lipo-pads don't have adhesive, but nothing is going to budge under your TIGHT faja! Lol
2 Sports bras NO WIRES.
Arnica gel/cream & tablets REALLY DO WORK!
LOOSE CLOTHING. Long lounge gowns are great.
Dermoplast Antibacterial Spray
LYMPHATIC MASSAGES ARE A DEFINITE MUST!! ~ I had my second one today, and what a difference you will feel! They are not very pleasant, but you will feel a million times better immediately after!!! ~ I hope this information is very helpful to you! ~Good luck!! ????
