It's hard being in Vegas with models all around me at the pool

Ugh. Feel like crap. Fat loser. All the other girls are so hot! Can't get this surgery soon enough.

In Vegas for one last hurrah!

Little trip before the preop diet starts! Two days then life changes. Pic of me last night attached.

Well here I am, 3 years after my lipo, tummy tuck, breast lift/augmentation fatter than ever and needing a permanent solution. I didn't know about bariatric procedures, I thought you had to be 500 pounds to qualify. Luckily I am paying out of pocket and going back to Mexico for my surgery. I was a low-carber most of my life and maintained a weight of 155 (I am 5'7). Occasionally I would get a bit heavier and low-carb my way back down, once I even got down to 140 pounds! That's when I decided I needed plastic surgery as my boobs had melted and my skin was loose. Fast forward and I gained like crazy due to mostly post-surgical infection, laziness, and a huge lifestyle change (met my boyfriend and moved in with him). I finally let loose and stopped punishing myself with food. But of course I got fat, fat, fat. Very excited for surgery. Not scared at all. My goal weight is again 140!
