RECIPE TO GAIN WEIGHT
So just like you girls I struggled with gaining weight for surgery. This is how I managed to gain weight:
Drink a shake with every meal and you are going to get fat!
What the shakes contains:
1. ice cream (put one to two scoops)
2. milk (go for regular, if you don't like milk do almond, soy or coconut)
3. ensure (this is used to gain weight, add some to add)
4. Banana
5. peanut butter
6. chocolate powder if you like
*** Make sure you add only the things and portions you like. Drink it with your meal not as a meal replacement.

I decided to join real self to meet more girls like me. For those who don't know me, I had my BBL with Dr. saldaña just a few weeks ago.
I must say girls, I am very happy with my results but thinking of getting round 2 a little later because I'm a booty creedy lol. I am really here to help all you girls with any questions and to also support all you who are thinking of having surgery because the help I had on Instagram helped me so much! I feel like a lot of you girls are my friends ;)
