forgot to mention complication at week 2
After the first wk i was sent to home. I noticed there was a small part of area along the scar was turning red and developing. I thought it was nothing until one day I squeezed out yellow discharge from the incision site. I freaked out and emailed the office immediately. It was a Friday night I think or Saturday night. I was just panicking and thinking going to a ER or something. Surprisingly Rocio replyed my email under 10 minutes. I was told Dr thought it could be liquefied fat and should come to the office Monday morning and get it checked out. I felt much more relieved. It turns out to be a seroma under the incision trying to get out. I think the doctor squeezed it out? I didn't know cause she told me not to look. Felt like being pushed but no pain at all. I was worried all weekend and went in for 5 minutes problem solved. The incision closed in a week.
