i got lipo of lovehandles and i can see a dramatic diffrence but my back does not have the s curve in my lower back leading to my butt.

it has been 3 weeks all the bruising has now gone away but it still feels very uncomfortablei feel like my back should be black and blue but its not. does that mean its still swollen? is there still is a possibility it could go down more?

Yes, it continue to go down. It's numb and swollen...that's probably why you don't see the s curve.
