I had been wanting a nose job since High School...
I had been wanting a nose job since High School but it’s so expensive in the U.S! I live in San Diego so going to Tijuana was always an option. I found CosMed through a friend who had a nose job with Dr. Fuentes and loved it. The facility is beautiful and all the CosMed team is super professional and helpful. I had my surgery in August with Dr. Juan Carlos Fuentes and couldn't be happier! He listened to all my questions and concerns attentively and really helped me feel confident about the procedure. Even though the facility is in TJ, I got the best care for about half the price of what I would had paid in the U.S.
I had the large dorsal hump removed in order to make my nose profile straight and the width of my nose was also reduced. I am now almost three months post op and love my new nose! I would definately recommend CosMed and Dr. Juan Carlos Fuentes to anyone!

Dr. Fuentes is such a sweet doctor. During my first consultation he addressed all my questions and concerns and made sure I was realistic with my expectations. My bruising after surgery was minimal considering my nose was fractured and I didn't even have to take my pain meds. He is a true artist and hands down the best rhinoplasty doctor in TJ!
