“Think Twice Before Thermage!!!”

Not Worth It
Spent: $2,400 in Wilmington, DE
I had a full face thermage done in October of 2006. It was painful, even with the prescriptions I was given. During the procedure, the nurse mentioned that the retin a I use probably caused a lot of the extra pain.
I see absolutely no difference in my face. My PS agrees. He saw me every 3 months since the Thermage. In November, he offered to re-do my "problem areas" for free. He's doubtful it will do anything, however. I wouldn't dream of doing it again. I'm lucky I didn't have any damage from this procedure.
If you look on the internet, you will see many many stories of not just the ineffectiveness of thermage, but also the damage it can do. It does something to the fat under the skin, and can make you look very gaunt.
Definitely do a lot of research before deciding to do this.
