Worth It
Spent: $2,500 in Athens, Greece

I am 44 years old. I did my first Thermage (full face) at 41 after two pregnacies and looked 30-33 years old again. But i could not keep my weight stable, so after a diet of loosing 20 pounds i saw the sagging skin at my jaw again. So i did my second thermage at the end of 2008. My skin is much more tight and looks better week after week.

I think that Thermage is a good (although expensive) choice for a woman in early 40's with generally good skin condition, who wants a natural way to age gracefully.

All these bad reviews from American doctors surprise me. In Europe doctors are much more positive for Thermage and non surgical procedures.

This review is the subjective opinion of a RealSelf member and not of RealSelf, Inc.

My Doctor: Name not provided

i feel uncomfortable with names etc. Moreover most of the members live in USA and i live in Greece!

I'm happy to have read these comments. I was about to go to a Dr. for thermage, but I see that in the States the Drs. are more business-minded than in other countries and they have technicians do the procedure instead of doing it themselves. Thanks to all who took the time to write reviews. They most probably spared me some grieg and saved me some money.
