“The Percentage of People Satisfied with Thermage is Much Lesser Than the Percentage of Those Who Are Not Satisfied.”

I thought for a long time before getting thermage. I wanted to understand what was that was bothering me. Was it age or was it bad skin? ( i have a severly sun damaged skin since i am a surfer and i am 39 now). I thought a lot and i realised that age has never been a problem with me. I am ok with getting older. I am ok with wrinkles too and don't think i will get depressed if i get older. Everyone gets older. And when you get a facelift/ botox done on a wrinkled face, it shows. It is easy to tell that yoou are older but have had your face fixed. I did not want that to happen to me. Still, i also understand that for some people it is essential to get all thse things because they have low self confidence and some really do have a bad skin that needs improvement. Good looks change a person;s personality. I understand all that.

I got thermage done to improve my face, which after 20 years on surfing, is badly burint and sun damaged. I researched on the net, read about it and after consulting with a good clinic i got it done. I now realise that i was far better looking with all those sun damages and freckles and wrinkles. i read on a forum much later that the precentage of people satisfied with thermage is much lesser than the percentage of people who are unsatisfied. I wish i had known earlier. Even on this site, i see women who have had bad experiences.i look way older than i used to before thergame. Now i wish i had not got it done. Obvoiusly it hurt alot. When i complaned the nurse told me that the pain indicated that the collagen fibres were being rightly targetted, thats why it was paining. I was stupid to believe her and even more stupid to sign that form where they hold no responsibility for the damage and when the face starts to melt or become worse. My face is permanently dented where the tip was placed and i look like a disaster. I could go on and on, about how the my face began to get disoriented and my skin became like a pizza. Please Please Please don't go for thermage. If you go, atleast make sure you read all reviews on all possible sites , specially this one. And remember this , you will also notice it. You will come across less satisfied people and way too many unhappy people who are still suffering.
