You won't be playing tennis the next day but the discomfort was not as bad as I thought it would be.First time in my life I have a flat tummy!!!

It is such a great feeling to have a flat tummy. Congratulations on your great results. It is so fun to look down and see the tight tummy. I kind of keep looking at mine in total amazement and love it.
