Tummy Tuck

I have had both drains in, since 9-30-14, they were both clotting all the time and my stomach below incision line and below line was getting hard, very painful, and in some places felt like blobs of jelly. On 10-16-14, went to see PS for followup appointment. He said I have a blood clot that he has to take out at the surgery center under local. It was about 2"thick and about 6-7" wide as he explained to my husband. He gave me 20 pills of 5 mg Percocet, it felt like the pain was just as I had surgery almost all over again, said he as going on vacation and left me a surgeon to call. I called him this morning to try to tell him, the swelling is getting worse and is hard again and feels like before and pain is about 8-9 and this Percocet won't hold me over. He said to me "Your doctor told me you like the pain pills and I'm not giving you any" (click) am in tears/ pain/anxiety level through the roof. So I have been forced to take 650 mg of acetaminophen (4 pills) which is not good for my little pouch, had WLS on 10-1314. I went into surgery weighing 123, weigh 115 now, hurts too much to make myself food, have hardly no help with husband. I went into surgery wearing size 0, I can barely get on a size 6. I wanted to complete my journey with a medial thigh ligpft and buttock lift, but not when some one thinks I WANT to be a drug addict. I have not taken Tylenol or anything since my WLS. And I was on pain pills for 2 months for this, this is how my body is, I can't help it. I explained to my surgeon even in writing. I feel so lost and alone and in pain, like another blood clot is going to shoot out of me or I will die of internal bleeding. Attached are my photos from today

The pain I have is lower abdomen, and by the drain tubes sites. I am still emptying JP drains quite often, saw PS on 10-9-14, said everything looks good and he is pleased as am I. Maybe at my next week appointment they will be removed. I still take Tylenol #3 every 4-6 hours. Am getting around fine. Still need help getting up if I have found myself in an awkward position from lying down. That's all about I can say right now.

Well, there is not much difference. My husband helps with dressing changes and emptying the tubes, but not so much for cooking any food for me. Been living on protein bars, shakes, anything that is easy to get to with high protein. So thankful for this site, I am still nervousness of what my final outcome will be. I worked out everyday with weights, when I walk by those weights, I don't feel the need to want to work out yet, still feel too weak to do so ( I alson know it's too early!)
