I would suggest Liposuction for people with stubborn fat in specific areas of body. Also if you have tried all possible ways of loosing wieght and frustrated about not losing enough then think of lipo. But a word of caution One needs to keep control over diet and also excercie regularly otherwise the fat may bounce back .
