Day 20

Since being with RS I recieve a Newsletter daily which I find extremely helpful and interesting as I constantly read the 'bad' ones aka the problem with BL/BA ones to prepare me before I had my op to know in worse case what to expect and after my op to keep up to day with how to treat an issue if something was to go wrong. Highly recommend doing this! Today I was at the shops again trying on sports bra when I noticed I too had a spitting stitch (something I have read frequently about and knew was quite possible). Because of all the study and information I have been provided with from a RealSelf I knew how to fix the issue straight away as well as identify this issue early and have it treated. I knew I had to get the stitch removed, I could have done this myself but wanted a professional to do it the first time. I went to a super clinic and saw a regular doctor and he got his regular nurses to cut the stitch and then my body would suck it back in (that's how that described it to me).
Other than issue hiccup my healing is going well. I took these close up photos yesterday at Day 19. I am really happy with the way my scars are looking and my nipples. Annoyed that I didn't tell my PS in my more of how I wanted my breast to sit post op as I wish I had asked her to make them closer together. I hope this somehow happens on its own.
I will start scar treatment on the breast and continue to wait for the scabs my on aeroloa to go before start scar treatment there.

Day 15

Hi girls,
Just a quick update as my last photos still looked angry. I'm happier with how they look today. The scabs are slowly coming off. I had a bit of drama at home when I got off the plane cause I was pushing/ pulling too much weight and one of my incision lines started bleeding, not too bad but continued spotting even today.
I've startes massaging them, they feel like rocks. How often am I meant to do this? Anyway I'll attach the photos. #progress

9 days

This morning I had my stitches removed. I thought I would have dissolvable as a lot of girls around here have them butane that's because they were only BA and I had both BA/BL either way it didn't hurt at all. I currently don't have feeling in my nipples but that will come back with time. But either way my PS Dr Paveena is so gentle and kind that even if I could feel it she would had made it as comfortable and bareable as possible. I've attached a photo but one boob is currently really swallon, even my Stenum on that side is enlarged. Once it all goes down they will be the same size.
No more check ups now, flying out in 3 days.
