I have been overweight since I had my 2nd child. Ive had two more since and have exercised with a trainer. Though I toned up and lost some of the weight I wanted to, I was still not hapy with my appearance at 180 pounds. I decided to research Zerona and despite the negative comments.

I had 6 sessions, lost 13 pounds and 3 inches I am happy with my results. There has to be a reason why these other people arent getting good results. I know too many people who are getting good results. One lady lost 60 pounds and 18 inches.

Im not a big fan of the toxin detox, I believe a little at a time. I didnt gain weight overnight, I just needed a boost. Also, Ive done alot of research on my own and found that the most reliable scientific evidence about diet for me...is eating for my blood type. I feel 10 times better.

I tend to lose weight at the top and it works down from there. Meaning I lose in my face, shoulders, arms and chest. So, I exercise my lower half and do card to balance out. Everyone is different. I've also started the eating for my blood type diet. I've never felt better. Did you doc do detox sessions: footbaths, sauna, massage?? Mine does footbaths and in-between I get metabolism boosters.

No, he did not do any "de-tox" stuff. He offered lymphatic massage at extra cost. I was doing a meal service similar to Freshology on my own. Didn't make any difference regarding my results, which were invisible to me.

I actually lost over 5 TOTAL inches, but did not lose any weight. However, I could not tell I was any smaller anywhere and my clothing size never changed. So it is ironic that you seemed to have lost actual pounds, but relatively few inches.

There does not seem to be any consistency with this at all.
