Well I'm 23yrs of age, and I have a boy and a girl. Both were delivered by c-section. I dont have a bad scar one strech marks. I gained about 40bls total with both childeren. I dont plan to have anymore childeren. Im very excited but my father does not agree. he tells me to join a gym he will pay for personal trainer and other thing of that sort but honestly I keep changing the day cause I dont have the support from anyone but my husband. what should I do? is it worth me doing it?

do you have any muscle separation? have you at least tried to lose the weight with diet and exercise before thinking about surgery? i think it's a great idea to try to shed most of the weight through diet and exercise before thinking about surgery.
