I had restylane yesterday for my smile lines and nasolabial folds. I am 36. At first, it looked pretty good minus the needle marks. As the night went on it began to swell and I could feel hard lumps under skin. Possibly hematoma or edema?? I am now almost 24 hrs from the injections and my swelling has gone down a bit, but I still look a little like a lion. Also, one side swelled worse than the other and so it pulls my mouth downward in a frown. It is swollen above my lip on this side too. The other side looks much better, and the swelling on that side has decreased quite a bit. I will update this as time goes on.
