I'm at week 7 post op. I feel amazing. I'm starting to see a hint of my lost ab muscles. I still haven't been released to do weights or any kind of abdominal workout. I'm jogging, walking, and doing Aerobics daily. Can't wait to get back to the gym!! Posting pics from this a.m. The marks on my stomach are from the wrap I sleep in.

So yesterday I went to my PS for my 6 week checkup...
So yesterday I went to my PS for my 6 week checkup. He did not release me to do weights of any kind. I am SO bummed. I was really looking forward to going back to the gym. I can run now though. I actually just finished my second run since then. He wants me wearing spanx for the next 4-6 weeks. I told him I'm going to burn the f'ing things after I'm done wearing them! Lol!
Anyway, I'm going to post two pics from this morning. I'm slowly but surely noticing results. :)

Yes ma'am, $3100 for a mini tummy tuck, not the full and no muscle repair involved.
How much was it for you with everything included? And what doctor did you use??
Where did you go and what surgeon did the surgery?

4 weeks post op as of yesterday and I must say I feel awesome and am very happy with my results. My PS has me walking daily, which had helped the swelling SO much. It's been a huge difference in how I fit in my clothes and how I feel about myself. This week has really been the turning point for me. My energy is through the roof. It's hard for me to just walk while pushing my Daughter in the jogging stroller, cause I feel like running! 2 more weeks till I can go back to the gym. Woohoo!!!!!

Hey there! I am still wearing the super tight panties. I have two more weeks of wearing them and I should be done. Between walking everyday and the panties, my swelling has gotten a TON better! :)
OK that's good. Just thinking of different ways to reduce swelling. Do you by chance know what brand they are or any info on where I might be able to get a pair lol (this so feels weird)
I don't know what brand it is. My Plastic Surgeon gave them to me. He took them out if the package before I could even see what they were. You might ask your PS to see if he/she keeps them on hand for patients. Sorry I couldn't be more help. I will tell you, between those and walking daily, the swelling has gotten a ton better.
