I have had "cankles" my whole life. I had no definition between my ankles and calves, you could literaly pinch the fat on my ankles. I was so embarrased that I didn't want to wear shorts or skirts, I found myself wearing pants or jeans all the time.
When I went to the cosmetic surgeon I was a little apprehensive, I didn't think there was anything he could do. He suggested Lipotherme. I had it done about 8 days ago and WOW what a difference! He said that the swelling will continue to go down and by June should be pretty much all gone. I am so happy that I made the decision to go for it.
