I had lipotherme done 3 weeks ago. I do not remember much because my doctor put me out because the fear of being awake. got home slept the first day. never swelled much at all & no brusing at all. about a week before the big day I started taking one fresh pineapple,& one lage navel orange, slicing it up, putting it in a blender. it made about a half pitcher of thick juice. and drinking a 6 0z. glass every day until a week after. plus i took the vitamins. I do think the juice is what prevented me from swelling and brusing. So far I have lost 6in. from my waist and 4 fron the love handle area.I am 51 and I look better than most teenagers. I can wear little two pieces.Ladies of all ages, go for it you`ll love. my garment that they tell you to wear for two weeks? I still wear and intend to for 4 weeks. the longer you wear it the better the results. I hope all of you are as pleased with your results as I am.
