On a whim, and after coveting my best friends...
On a whim, and after coveting my best friends magnificent breast augmentation, I elected to have my breast enlarged as well.
Prior to my BA, I was a full B cup. However, when my weight fluctuated (102-115 on occasion) my breast would lose volume. To add to this issue, I had stubborn fat in my frontal axilla's (also known as armpit fat.) Even at the weight of 102, the axilla remained. Just to clarify, I hade ZERO back fat and found that strange. It turns out the axilla was pure breast tissue, not fat. I had liposuction of both axilla's during my BA procedure. I opted for under the muscle, Nutrelle 450 cc's Saline High Profile. I was under "Awake" Anesthesia and had the opportunity to see my breast and allowed to add or remove volume. My mother and sister were also allowed to come in at that time to make sure my decision was of sound mind given sedated state.
Once the anesthesia wore off on the drive home, I started to feel the pain. I stayed at my parents home for the following days as my sweet mother was taking care of me. I was given a Rx for pain, an Rx for prevention of capsular contraption, and arnica. I used a Ruby Bra and a strap for about 2-3 weeks following the removal of bandages. As everyone who's has BA surgery, you are aware of the height your breast are for a while. So I definitely recommend this healing method.
