Had a coupon to try the slender wrap experience & decided to see how it was. It's is pleasant being wrapped in warm wet bandages and taking a nap....but you can do all this at home for next to nothing. There was really no measurable difference even though they claim there is.

Measure YOURSELF before you go...do not tell the spa staff you have done so...measure yourself(same areas) when you get home. Get some epsom salts dissolve in gallon of warm water. soak some ace bandages in the solution...wrap various body parts-abdomen, arms legs.soak for 45 min wetting the bandages as needed to keep wet.

The magnesium in the epsom salt will reduce inflammation in your body and may reduce the area as well. The cost is less than $20. DO NOT do this if you have high blood pressure, kidney issue, diabetes..etc. LOOK up epsom salt wraps and uses before using. Thats all there is to this wrap business and can be had without spending big money.

My rating:

Ripping people off one wrap at a time. You can accomplish the same effect at home for a few bucks. Lets face it, if this really worked wouldn't there be one every block on every street? Check out the folks working in these places...if they look like they could use a slender wrap...why aren't THEY using the product. Seriously. Exercise, eat well, reduce calories and soak in epsom salts....it will equal a smaller you. Cheers!

Wow, what a great idea! I ride horses and have always used Epsom Salts when they need soaks & poultices so I definitely have seen the good they can do. Thanks for sharing!

Why can't this be done if one has high blood pressure?

Because the salt is going to be absorbed by the skin and salt is a definite "no no" for those with high blood pressure!
