I started treatment the beginning of 2009. Before starting invisalign, i had several bicuspids which needed straightening with buttons and wires. After several months of that, i began wearing invisalign. I'm now finished with my course of treatment for the upper teeth. I will complete treatment for the lowers by the end of the year. Was it worth it? Yes. Are the results what was indicated by invisalign? For the uppers, no. My incisors did not rotate completely. Am i going to invest additional time and money? Probably not. The result is a great improvement, but not perfect.

I have nothing to which to compare my experience. The treatment room reminds me of an assembly line, where patients are situated in chairs and the doctor goes from one patient to the next to the next, frequently in a hurried manner. However, i can't say i've received less than excellent care.
