I did this peel at home. I did it only on my chest (decolletage) area, to test it first. It is peeling like it should, with no insane pain or regrets. Listen to your body, it shouldn't kill with pain. Just uncomfortable for 5 min. My opinion is: you know your skin better than ANYONE, so it's best to start with a mild percentage TCA (8% or 12.5%) to see how tolerant your skin really is. Seems like the ppl who have written in, have trusted a doctor who went nuts, probably using way too high a percentage on their skin! If your skin is 'turning black', as one reviewer wrote, you got the wrong percentage! It shouldn't burn you beyond tolerance, that's another sign of too much %. Lastly, start with glycolic peels, to 'prep' your skin and build tolerance first. Hope this helps. : ))
Great review?
