Yall can thank Realself & my day off for this update.

Well I'm off today and decided to click a real self email in my inbox and here we are...
So. It's been FOUR years! I had surgery 9Oct15.first things first: I DO NOT regret it! I just looked back thru my story and sadly was disgusted with how my breats looked before. Granted, it wasn't anyone's fault. Still, they looked gross!
These days I'm still happy with my breats. I usually dont wear bras unless I'm at work and then its only sport bras-theyre just comfy. I workout to include push ups, but I dont bench press much-I didnt before either though lol. I run/sprint, enjoy rollercoasters, all physical activities.
My nipple piercings are still good ^_^
I'm so happy with my decision. Every once in a while, I wish they were bigger, but they absolutely dont need to be!!!!! I just like plump juicy breasts lmao. I wondered if I have a bit of body dysmorphia bc some days I KNOW my body is bomb, but then I have doubts some days. Knowing what I know now, I wouldnt change anything.
Feel free to ask any questions and I'll try to get back in a timely manner. I realize I went cold turkey, but...life...hopefully someone can find this useful. Good luck to all!
I'm gonna add some photos later.

able to do most things. can't take trash to dumpster so someone else does it. still a bit difficult to wipe counters and sweep at home, but able to do most other household chores. still driving with caution. a bit at a time returning to habit of sleeping on stomach--once im feeling sleepy i sort of flip over and i just have to catch myself. i can do it with adjustments but i prefer to just be on my back or side for now. this will be my first night with the piercings so i'll see how that goes. im using breastfeeding pads for added protection. i can bend over with a bit more ease. can use my book bag, but i just carry my books still. that's mostly it. i'll be back in a month or so. inbox me if you'd like.

Almost a month

Hi.
Still experiencing discomfort, but I definitely notice that it is lessening. I sleep w/o a bra on most nights, but I may start wearing a bra...i was given a bigger one yesterday that's not unbearable to wear (size 38). I just had my (close to) 1 month check up & she says I'm looking good. I agree. They're awesome. I don't really have boob greed, but I do wonder what 450 would've been like. She said 400 was the biggest she could fit though. I do enjoy them. I can pick up my 2 year old, but that's about as much as I'll really try to do for now. I did take all of my Valium, but I have a few percs left. I wasn't concerned w/ stopping the medicine ASAP. I took it as needed. I take IB almost daily, but I haven't felt the need for it since I got a bigger bra. Still in the surgical one, no new ones bought yet. I'll update again on or shortly after the month mark with scar pix & maybe some old shirts.
