I had really really dark eyebrows that were turning blue....a technician was able to but an expresso brown over them and basically cut out some of the skin/ink that was to thick to give me a better shape. I DON'T RECCOMEND CALLING PLACES ASKING FOR THIS she was very advanced at corrections and even had the proper excision tools.

It is just like the unexperieced techs that gave us the bad permanent makeup, a unskilled person doing this type or removal can be worse than the permanment makeup mistake
