well yah im 16, im a size 32k and in the 12th grade,but some how i manage to look older than all the other kids and is confused for a teacher sometimes... truthfully it is kind of hard coz it hurts your confidence, but ppl jus don't understand, my parents are supporting me on the surgery but only after i graduate the 13th year.

I'm truely scared, but so xcited as well,but since we plannin to do it in london it seems quite expensive, please does anyone have suggestions, on how small i can go or weres the best place it can be done.P.s im all the wah from Tanzania (east africa)

Hang in there!  Your surgery day is a ways out but time goes fast.  

I am sorry that you have to deal with all of this as a kid.  It's hard having to carry all of that around with you each day.  Change is ahead girlie.  

As far as size goes you would need to really speak to a doctor about that one.  Much of this depends on your height, weight etc.  You want to be proportioned properly.  Once you find a doctor really make sure to communicate with them your expectations.   Do you have an idea of where you would like to be for size after the surgery?

Yes, I agree with Kimmie! Make sure you find a surgeon you are comfortable with and they should be able to answer all of your questions! Good luck and keep us posted!
