Hello Real Self –

I’m 36 years old – I have three marvelous children. My son, 20 years old, and two daughters, 9 & 3 years old. I had all three by cesarean and breast fed them too. Thankfully, no stretch marks on my body except some on my breasts. I do have this pouch hanging over my cesarean cut, and my beautiful C cup breasts are now Ds.

I visited a few of plastic surgeons and researched many as well. Dr. Loessin is the best choice for me. Very friendly and his staff is fantastic. He plans to give my body the encouragement it needs. I “plan” to get a tummy tuck, breast lift, and since this "love handle" appeared on my back after my second child I requested some lipo on my upper back.

My pre-op visit is this Thursday at 10am, and I’m freaking out. Should I do this? Should I not do this? Dr. Loessin suggested doing all three procedures in one day. Is this the right thing for me? Or should I do them separately? Tummy tuck or just lipo? All these choices.
