Tired of old rippling saline implants, fallen breasts, wanted to be perky again. Availability of new, more durable silicone implants was also a factor. Dr. G educated me about options so I felt like I was in control of the process.
I had saline implants replaced with a new "gummy" silicone pair and a mastopexy. Results are amazing. Scars are much less noticeable than expected and contour is like pre kids and breast feeding.

Dr. G took the time to listen during my consult, did a great job surgically (and I liked having a real MD anesthesiologist there too). He and his staff were always helpful and available when I had questions in the follow-up period.
I hear you there! It is extremely nice to give the girls a little pick me up:)
And how awesome to look like you did pre kids. Every woman's dream... So glad you are happy with your results and enjoying the new breasts.
