The staff was very courteous. I appreciated the time that was spent explaining all my options. I would have liked for Dr. Castellano and Patti to be there at the same time since I gave the same information to both, but that is minor. Dr. Castellano was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I am very happy with my results so far and my aunt was so excited to be able to come back and watch. Thank you for that!!! She will be making an appointment as well and I will definitely be a loyal patient. I am also impressed with the lack of bruising considering all I had done.
