I totally forgot to mention that what I did was not just a BA but also with nipples reconstruction, my nipples were big and long and very sensitive, after the two years of breastfeeding, my nipples sharp twisted and gone bad, can't see much Fr the before picture but in real, I jus don't feel attractive. Dr.cheung recommend me to get this done and the recovery period is just the same as BA. So I did it. my nipples are smaller now and better shape. Will try to post a picture up later and share.

A little bit sore on the side of the boobs probably due to the stretch appear from the implants, I follow my doctor advise just to take antibiotic and pain med three times a day, for the first day, I took two extra pain med just to help me sleep better. After first day, I just take what I asked to and went well.
Today, I will need to start to do some arm lifting excercises, start slowing and lift up till a point I can lift anymore, so far I can do pretty well as I can do my own hair on my second day already, that you can tell the pain is really minimal.
Yesterday, I went back to clinic for wound wash and bandage change, nurse instructed me how to do it at home and gave me a pack of materials to DIY at home, it wasn't hard and no pain at all.

Starting coming Saturday, which shall be day 7, I will need to start breast massage session to keep my boobs looks natural, my doctor said that after implant massage is the most important step to keep your boobs look nature and soft, and this shall be done once everyday for 30 mins up to 6 months.

I had my OP in the 28th and today is the 3rd day, 1st day till now I didn't suffer much pain, just a bit like after gym muscle sore, compare with the c section I had few ytd ago, this BA OP was nothing. I hv attached a few pic here taken today.
