I read this site over and over but didn't really get it til I experienced it myself. You cannot go into this as a weight loss or as a fix for losing inches. I felt weighed down around my middle and just uncomfortable with myself. October 21 I went in for vaser lipo for my abdomen and flanks. I took two Valium and that was it, it was painful but tolerable, the pain only lasted moments but definitely felt it. It's been almost three weeks and I am feeling so much better, and yes I look much better too, but no I didn't lose a bunch of weight or lots of inches. Now it's back to the gym to trim up and make the rest of me better.
