31 Years Old 3 Kids 5'5" 130 Lbs Clean Diet Athletic and Fit/muscular..still Can't Get Rid of Little Belly - Sylvania, OH

Here are a few current photos. As you can see I have some extra skin and fat and my naval is deformed from umbilical hernia repairs 3 times total my whole life. From a side few you can see my musculature but can also see obvious protrusion from my diastasis. I did not have it this bad until after my third child who is now two. Hi everyone! I have three beautiful children ages 9, 6, and 2 and have been considering a mommy makeover since I had my last little one. I previously had a breast augmentation back in 2011 but have since developed a capsular contracture in both breasts which my amazing PS is going to fix as well as perform a modified tummy tuck combining full muscle repair with minimal skin removal. I delivered my children vaginally but have suffered from multiple hernias including umbilical and inguinal ;( I have a diastasis and some excess skin which cause me to look 1st trimester pregnant from the side but look ok from the front. I am a personal trainer.. I lift weights, do yoga and pilates and perform different types of cardiovascular exercise including HIIT, Running, and machines such as stairclimbers, bikes, and ellipticals. I work very hard and live a very healthy and active lifestyle...it's just that after my third child it didn't go back ;) As far as my re augmentation goes, I am going from 400cc down to somewhere between 300 and 350 somewhere in the midrange profile. I would like to look more natural. My doctor is awesome and I can't wait to schedule my surgery!! (saving up at least half first;)
