“Severe Bruising and Burns but the Result Was Excellent - Sydney”

I have always had red patches on my cheeks and the side of my face, and knew it was time to do something about it when a family member asked me why had a rash on my face. Thanks Mum!

The derm told me that I would be a bit red on the day, but all would be well 24 hours later. However, by the time I got home my face has began to swell and I could see visible "burn lines" on my face! I was extremely worried. It took three weeks for it to begin to fade, during which time I was asked numerous times if I had been beaten up or had been in a car accident. However, about six weeks later everything cleared up and the red patches were gone.

My skin has never looked as clear as it does now, 12 months later. I was at a friend's house last week and she said I used to look as if I had just been for a jog, and that my skin just looks normal now. I would recommend this, but get ready for the possibility of some serious after effects. All's well that ends well, I guess.
