I had my breast augmentation 5 years ago and I'm still soo very happy I had it done. I had lost most of my breast volume from breastfeeding my two sons for two years all up (and I had small boobs to begin with, but at least they were perky and not sagging like a sock with a golf ball in it). The end result is extremely natural, it was a tear-shaped implant and placed under the muscle with very small incisions). My breasts are now the same cup size as before breastfeeding, the only difference is that I actually fill up the cup properly now. It took a while for me to get the full feeling back (skin felt a bit numb for a long time, nearly two years), but now they really feel like my own. The only thing that I find a slight negative point is that they kind of stay up instead of flopping to the side like natural breasts when I'm lying down. But overall, I have to say it has increased my self confidence resp. makes me feel very comfortable and at ease with my body now.
